At the fifth day meet with his fans, Superstar Rajinikanth confirmed that his sci-fi action adventure film ‘2.0’ will release on April 14 2018. Rajinikanth said that they had to push the release from January 26 because of the CGI works. Rajinikanth said that he is not sure whether another Tamil film like ‘2.0’ will be ever made and compared it with the classic hit Chandralekha.Rajinikanth confirmed that his gangster film with Ranjith will release two months after 2.0. Superstar also spoke high on Ranjith and promised fans that they will see a new Rajinikanth in the film.
