Actress Trisha built toilets at a village near Kanchipuram. Being an ambassador of The United Nations Children’s’ Fund (UNICEF ), Trisha is taking part in spreading awareness on the basic sanitation and need for toilets in the country.
UNICEF posted an image of Trisha building a toilet on Twitter and wrote “Bit by bit, brick by brick @trishtrashers @UNICEF Celebrity Advocate #toilet construction in Vadanemmeli Village #TamilNadu How’s Trisha doing? Have any tips for her?”.
Trisha also excited on her new in spreading awareness in the rural areas. She posted a pic with rural women and tweeted “I am proud to be an Indian woman n sit amidst these superwomen #VadanamelliVillage #Toiletsforprogress #SwachhBharat #UnicefIndia #mykindapeople #JaiHo”.
